And is it hot where you’re at? Like are you experiencing a massive heat wave where you live? Because where I’m at, it’s TERRIBLE. I was so used to the 60- and 70-degree weather and I was kind of living for it. I know you guys heard me complaining about how it was cold this summer, but it’s grown on me. And now it wants to be 104 degrees??? Is the weather out to get me??? 

Anyways, enough about this weird weather. Today, we’re bringing it back to self-confidence, self love, self-acceptance, which I feel like we haven’t spoken about in a while. I’m glad we’re bringing this back; I find something super comforting about it…

If you’re tall, or have grown up tall, you understand the feeling. The feeling of being the odd one out. The feeling that there’s something wrong with you, your body, your existence. And that’s not a good feeling. Now, I know beforehand I would talk about how your self-love journey is predicated on you. And it is! 

You have the power; you have the control to change how you view yourself. But let’s face it, we’re human. We’re social creatures. We crave acceptance, validation, affirmations from others.
