We are baaaccckkkk!!! Yayyyyyy! And as you can tell summer is here! I think….well if you live in the northern hemisphere (northern half of the planet). I don’t even know when the first day of summer is. Lowkey I think it already passed but I didn’t even realize it. That would actually happen to me BUT I know that it’s super hot outside right now. So screw it, I consider it to be summer :) 

And as you can probably tell by the title, I will be prepping for tall girl summer. What's a tall girl summer you may ask? Well, tall girl summer is basically hot girl summer but make it tall! So we’re going on tall friendly roller coasters, we’re stretching our long limbs, and absolutely loving our heights to the max! 

Now if you listened to my last episode (by the way if you haven’t yet GO DO THAT NOW), you would know that I suffer from lateral and anterior pelvic tilts. Sounds crazy right? It is crazy…But I really wanna take this summer to start ‘fixing’ it. This has been a literal 20 year problem and it's not really something I can FIX in like 3 months. But I know that I need to start making some lifestyle changes and not rely on my chiropractor who has been on vacation for a literal full 2 weeks so far.
