Here's What To Do When Someone Is Rude About Your Height…

But back to today’s topic, we’re talking about what to do when someone is rude about your height. And I’m pretty sure we’ve all been through this. Tall or short. I’VE been through this. Listen, people have called me a “freaky giant” or a “tree” or a “Cyclops”. People made fun of my long legs and have called me “Bambi” or ”Daddy Long Legs”, and I’m just extremely baffled by this. Do people like this actually exist??

Hate to break it to you, but yes they do. Wanna hear more? People have come up to me in school hallways and asked me if I play basketball FULLY KNOWING that I didn’t play at that time, but they just wanted a good laugh. And older women have said to me that I will never find a husband being that tall and that men love shorter women. And it’s insane. INSANE. 

Why do people do this? Maybe to get satisfaction out of humiliating you. Maybe to label you as a hypocrite. Maybe to feel as though they have control over your emotions in the present moment. BUT what we (will) know is how to react in that situation. How? Check out my full episode below!
