
Why Tall Women Should Make Body/Self-Acceptance Their New Year's Resolution | Beginning of the Year Pep Talk

Gewwwd morning everyone! We’re here with the first post of the new year! I’m honestly so excited to be here right now, especially considering the fact that I wasn’t even going to start this podcast until summer of 2022. I’m so glad of how far we’ve come as a community!
I just wanted to do a little pep talk as a way of setting the standard for this year because I think that every year is a new chapter for us. A new path. A new opportunity to do something different. A new opportunity to try something that you have always wanted to do but was too scared to do last year.
I find that many people I know, including myself, are guilty of falling back into the same old patterns after the first month or two. Because it’s something we are so comfortable with. Something that we’re familiar with. We’re scared to be a little uncomfortable. But that can actually be a good thing. That’s why I’m doing this episode today!
