You’ve been following this one specific fitness creator for years. She’s your go-to and you want to look and feel like her. You copy her workouts, try out some of her recipes, take the supplements she recommends, all of it. However, your body still looks nothing like hers…

In fact, you’re not seeing any type of results. 

One day, you’re scrolling through this fitness creator’s page and stumbled across a video you haven’t seen before where she lists off her measurements and find out she’s 5’4” and maybe weighs 120 pounds. Now it doesn’t click at first, but you may be standing at 5’9” and weigh 180 pounds or standing at 6’3” and weigh 220 pounds. Yet, all you can think about is why your body doesn’t look like hers. 

You’re not alone in this. So many of us tend to take advice from those who have different body types because that’s what our feeds are filled with. So today, we’re diving into tall girl fitness and health, where I’m calling out myths, lies, and unrealistic expectations and talking about why so many tall girlies feel lost when it comes to their health and fitness.
