Last Minute Halloween Costume Ideas for The Tall Peeps!

Gewd morning! Welcome or welcome back to A Tall Girl’s Podcast Blog! At the time I’m writing this, it’s literally 3 days before Halloween. Can you believe it? I feel like just yesterday, it was the summer and I just started this podcast. Time really flies by quickly. 

Anyways, I’ve seen quite a few videos on YouTube, and even Instagram and Tik Tok (by the way SUPER shameless plug: follow me on there @atallgirlspodcast), that are these last minute Halloween costume ideas. Since it’s literally 3 days before Halloween, I figured I would do something like that but for the tall folks! I know we’re super limited on time, so let’s get started: 

1. Tree

Yes, I literally said a tree. This one really brings me back to my elementary school days. We would have these school plays and they have the usual parts, like the kids, the mother, the father, the evil witch, and then you would have the dog and the sewer rat and the TREE. See where I’m going with this?

And guess what? I was the tree. You would think in those middle school based movies where the protagonist is the lead in the play but they’re best friend is like a tree is super dramatized and fake. But I was THAT BEST FRIEND. And I was perfect for the role. Mainly because I was tall, but most elementary school kids COULD NOT stand still for more than 30 seconds. How could they not cast me as the tree? 

Even better, it’s super simple. Just get some brown clothes; brown is trendy these days right? You could be a super trendy tree! Get an all brown outfit, cut out some leaves, and slap them on with some tape and boom! You got yourself a trendy tree costume :)
