Y’all I’m SO READY for that Tall Size pop-up shop event that’s happening in NYC next month. Like I’ve been seeing my followers’ posts and videos about the Tall Size events that they’ve been to (Tall Size has been touring the country and they recently were in Toronto). I’ve also been getting DMs from you guys telling me how much you’ve enjoyed it and such and I will say I am JEALOUUSSSS. I am jealous jealous jealous.
Like October feels so freaking far away and I’m just excited to be in a space with other tall women in one room like UGH PLEASE HURRY UP lol. I will be coming prepared. I ordered some stickers and business cards to hand out to people and for me to wear. I mean since there will be so many tall women in one room, why not promote the podcast am I right??? Stickers won’t hurt anyone. Once I get those in the mail I will definitely do a review of them.
Now today, we are talking about online harassment and bullying towards tall women. Yes, online harassment and bullying.
With the rise of social media and the Internet, it’s easier than ever for people to communicate with others from all over the world, including complete strangers, in both public and private settings. People are able to leave comments, send messages, make posts, and more and this makes way for cyberbullying and online harassment.
First, let’s start off with:
What is Online Harassment?
According to the Durham University, online harassment is the use of information and communication technologies by an individual or a group to cause harm to another person. This can take various forms, such as derogatory comments, unsolicited advice, stalking, and even sustained harassment.
So, what are some examples of online harassment towards tall women? Do tall women get bullied because of their height? Tune in to the full episode for more!
