
My Secret To ACTUALLY Growing Taller: What Actually Works and What Doesn’t

Welcome welcome welcome! Are you here hoping to find out how to grow taller? Yes, you are! And you’re in the right place! I figured since I’m a tall girl, I might as well be able to offer some type of advice on my expertise ;)
This idea actually came about in one of my classes (yes I go to school; I’m actually a college sophomore as I’m writing this). We were talking about pseudoscience and all that jazz, by the way if you don’t know what that is, it’s basically a set of beliefs that people believe to be based on science, but really isn’t, i.e. the Bermuda Triangle, Loch Ness Monster, etc.
But there was actually an example of one of my classmates and that was “Drinking milk to become taller”. And I was like WOW. How convenient that a tall girl saw this! Can milk actually make you grow taller? I mean, I’m no scientist or anything, but I don’t necessarily think that milk CAN make you grow taller. And I did do some research. There isn’t much of a direct link between height and milk. But I am not telling you whether or not you should drink milk! Always, always ALWAYS speak with your doctor first!
Milk has calcium which definitely makes your bones stronger. Therefore, milk is good! However, I’m just saying that you shouldn’t solely depend on milk. Speaking from experience, I’m actually lactose intolerant. Yes, LACTOSE INTOLERANT! Do you know what that means? NO MILK FOR ME. Insane, right? Haven’t had any since my last bad reaction when I was 6 years old. As of now, it’s been 13 years since I’ve had a glass of milk.
