Ok, we have a very important question: kiss, marry, destroy (because idk if I can say the other k word ahA): pancakes, french toast, waffles. I hope you know that there’s only one correct answer here lol. And that is we kiss pancakes, marry French toast, and destroy waffles. Period. Pancakes are cute; they’re like an every once in a while thing. French toast is elite so we’re waking up to them every single day. And waffles are just…..awkward. Weirdly shaped. Dry. Very much a hit or miss. 

This was a topic of discussion over the past week and a half and someone said they’d destroy French toast excuse me what???? WHAT???? Destroy pancakes ok I guess I can understand. BUT FRENCH TOAST???? You have no taste, you have no culture, you have no soul goodbye. Usually I’m the type of person who’s like yeah everyone is entitled to their own preferences but today, I have to stand up for French toast. I must. 

Alright, today’s topic: height-related health issues. Before I start, I just wanna give a quick disclaimer: I am not a doctor or a health or medical professional. I’m not studying health; in fact, I’m a business major which is the farthest subject from health. I am not attempting to diagnose anyone or give health advice or anything of that sort. I’m simply just having a discussion with y’all about research and what I’ve heard from other people. I just want to bring awareness to this topic so DO NOT come for me in any way shape or form. 

So apparently, your height, like how tall you are, can affect your health. And us tall folks are at a higher risk of getting certain diseases. What are they? And how can we combat them? Tune in to the full episode below for more!
