Welcome or welcome BACCKKKKKKKK to A Tall Girl’s Podcast! We are currently in Week 2 of Podmas! Yayyyyyyy! If you didn’t know, Podmas is a series where podcasters post holiday-themed episodes every single day for the month of December/all the way up to Christmas. OR they may do a “12 days of Podmas” type of thing and post 3 holiday-themed episodes for 4 weeks. However, this Podmas is looking a little different this year; I will be doing 1-2 holiday-themed episodes along with episodes with special guests, so stay tuned for those! 

Some MAY say that New Year’s isn’t part of the holidays in December to January, but ya know what, I consider it to be part of the holiday season vibe. If we party and celebrate, it’s a HOLIDAY. PERIODDDD. This episode is pretty fitting though considering we’re headed into winter (even though I’m currently sitting in 60-degree weather right now lol). Over the next few days, it's supposed to start feeling like winter, so yes, winter is quite literally around the corner. 

And I wanna talk to you guys today about staying positive and boosting confidence and all of that stuff because I feel like with the colder months here, that’s when all of that decreases. Especially because many of us face that seasonal depression that comes in the winter months. I’m sure we all go through it. And understandably so since it’s going to be colder, the Sun is gonna be out less, it’s gonna be darker for longer, you may feel a little less energetic. It happens. 

And what’s really important is to take care of yourself. Practicing self-care is definitely the way to go when it comes to feeling your best. So what are some self-care tips that can boost your confidence and get you ready for the new year? Tune in to the full episode below for more!
