We are officially in finals season. Yes, we’ve entered that point in the semester where I want to cry on almost a daily basis. I am QUITE LITERALLY struggling. But at this point, we’ve come too far to back down now and I’m DEFINITELY not trying to retake any of these classes. Let me tell you, this past weekend, I finished the last 2 chapters of the textbook for one of my classes and it took me 6 HOURS. SIX. Well, to be fair, I am a slow reader and I was writing notes while reading, but the chapters were still very long for no good reason.

But with stress arising, comes the old bad habits that I thought I completely eradicated, but apparently I didn’t. Or at least not fully got rid of it. And one of those old bad habits is self-doubt, which happens to be the topic of today’s episode. Self-doubt is that lack of faith in yourself or that feeling of uncertainty in your abilities. I argue that a little dash of self-doubt in your life every once in a while is healthy and good for self-reflection.

But when she gets CHRONIC?? Like when it actually stops you from doing things that you want to do, makes you anxious, and you can’t see anything good about yourself. That’s when it’s not cute. And I used to be at that point. I was so scared to try anything new or do the things that I wanted to try for the longest because I thought that I was going to fail miserably. But then my life would remain sucky because I didn’t believe I had the capability to change it.

And I would complain about it. Yes. And that is one of my biggest pet peeves. When someone complains about how their life sucks yet has the capability to make it less sucky, but they don’t do anything about it. Like bro, what are you doing? Like at least complain while you try to make your life less sucky :/

So how did I get to this point? Tune in to the full episode below!

Goodnight and goodbyyyyyeee,

India
